The following descriptions set realistic expectations of what can be accomplished in a given amount of time, however each massage is customized to meet your individual needs. All sessions include a 15 minute set-up and intake, 15 minute breakdown and post treatment recommendations as well as the full hands on time. All sessions include any add-ons such as dry cupping, massage gun, aromatherapy, etc. at no additional cost.

This time is only available as an additional massage booked back-to-back with another service and is not a stand alone service. This is most often booked for a child or spot work on 1 area.
Medical grade silicone cups are used to lift the tissue and create space, increase oxygenation, nutrient content and localized circulation, remove stagnant blood and waste, and reduce pain and inflammation. Cupping may be included with any massage at no additional cost.
Aromatherapy uses essential oils to promote relaxation and reduce stress which can improve your health and well-being. Aromatherapy may be included with any massage at no additional cost.

My experience with Angel has always been great. She is very instinctive but also remarkably intuitive at sensing problem areas and how to best treat them. Angel gives the most INCREDIBLE massage and by far one of the best massages I have received. She spends time working you and is incredibly thorough in her process. She is not only good at releasing any tight areas, but very smart, understands where, why, and what to do for each muscle, and genuinely wants to help your body feel better. If you are not able to make a scheduled appointment, you agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment no later than 24 hours before your appointment. You will be charged 50% of the full session rate if you give less than 24 hours notice. You will be charged the full session rate if you give less than 2 hours notice or you miss the appointment.
COVID-19 informed consent states, "I understand that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19. I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive massage from this practitioner."
You may choose to wear or not wear a mask. I will wear a mask if requested.
